Each parcel carries a QR code. When the delivery partner collects it, they scan the code so the pickup is matched to the right parcel and the right job.
The receiver is given a one-time password (OTP). The partner enters it at the door, and the delivery is marked complete only when the code matches. The result is saved in the delivery record.
